    Typically, meter out is better. However, it would be application specific (depending on the valves and cylinders used)

    I always prefer Meter Out Flow Controls and when there is an over running load it is necessary.The bad news about controlling an air actuator is they will never run smoothly when there is an over running load or a changing load without some added
