    You can use a Proportional Directional Control valve and have infinitely variable speeds. I can’t help you on a way to do it with radio signals but I’m sure it can be done. Try ehese sites for Pneumatic Proportional Directional Control valves: http://www.festo.com http://www.norgren.com
