    RC Thread aka British Standard Taper Pipe Threads Internal Applicable Std: BS 21 ISO 7/1

    Rc usually is used to designate BSPT internal thead. For example Rc 1/2-14 is a 1/2″ BSPT with 14 thread/in. I do not know of another use for the designation.
