ParticipantCheck with your local Fluid Power distributor. They usually design circuits to get the business. I did it for 35 years. Now I charge 0.00 per hour for the same thing and enjoy it a lot more. You need more info than you gave in your post. Something like a sequence of events with the cylinders labeled “A” “B” “C” an use + for extend and – for retract. Like this: Depress Start Button A+, B+, C-, C+, A-, B- Continue until Start Button reversed. With that information a circuit can be designed to make it happen.

ParticipantYou can use a Proportional Directional Control valve and have infinitely variable speeds. I can’t help you on a way to do it with radio signals but I’m sure it can be done. Try ehese sites for Pneumatic Proportional Directional Control valves: http://www.festo.com http://www.norgren.com

ParticipantThe part number I found that looks close to your number and is PXB B2921 or PXB B292. Here is the link to the logic page. Just click on the catalog pdf and go to page 59 http://www.parker.com/frameless/default.asp?substDivId=&FamID=870&DivID=37&GID=0&Type=2&ID=37&TechID=0 Good Luck

ParticipantI can’t imagine finding a Hydraulic Pressure Switch that will go anywhere near 0-75 PSI but you could look at a Pneumatic one at http://www.norgren.com or http://www.rosscontrols.comThey operate in a siilar manner but at lower pressure.

ParticipantI believe KIP makes such a beast. Contact a KIP distributor or your local Norgren sales office.

ParticipantThis is a 2 group cascade system You need to add an extra 5/2 pilot/pilot valve to your circuit to eliminate trapped signals. Suggest you start you research looking up cascade circuits first.
